Spicy Animal Sauce
If you love In-N-Out’s iconic Animal Sauce but wish it had a little more kick, this Spicy Animal Sauce is about to become your new obsession. It’s got all the creamy, tangy, slightly sweet magic of the original—but with an added punch of heat from gochujang to take things up a notch. Perfect for burgers, fries, as a dip, or even with grilled veggies, this sauce is ridiculously easy to make and dangerously addictive.
Yields 1 cup
INGREDIENTS
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons kewpie mayonnaise
3 tablespoons gochujang
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
METHOD
Mix together, in a small bowl, Greek yogurt, kewpie mayonnaise, gochujang, sweet pickle relish, honey and rice wine vinegar. Cover and place in the fridge until ready to use.
