From cakes, to tarts and chocolates to her signature pressed-flower shortbread cookies, Loria’s cooking is all about transforming seasonal, healthy, organic local ingredients into food that is oh-so good looking and good for you too. I started cooking when I was a little girl although my first culinary job was in 2010.
