A lot these days, holidays are upon us which means lots of events & work!

Where are you right now?

In my office in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, sipping my coffee working on emails and having some savory oats.

Who are your heroes?


Well of course Oprah, but also other small business owners because without them I wouldn’t be here today.

Why do you do what you do?

My main goal is to spread the joy of Lebanese food & culture so that is the main reason I do what I do!

What is your favorite thing to drink?


- Cold Brew
- Dirty Martini
- Diet Coke

What is your favorite thing to eat?

- Smoked Salmon (any way)
- Chips & Greek Yogurt
- Lately Mapo Tofu from Mala Project

When are you most happy?

When I am on vacation, away from New York, and work.
