Color Crush: Think Pink

Pretty in pink, don’t you think? The color pink will give you the full range of vibes— from the palest most serene blush to the most eye-catching jolt of fuchsia. And what’s wrong with that? Once restricted to the girls bedroom (we are SO beyond that now aren’t we?), the rosy hue jumps from clothing, to home, to tech gadgets, to…well, okay yes… that perfect sassy lipstick hue. Pink has always been a favorite color of mine and has always, and reliably, provided that exclamation point in my collections. When I was a kid all I wanted was a pink Lacoste shirt— and when I got it I wore it proudly. Pink is pretty. Pink is political. Pink is unapologetic. Pink rocks. So, you know what? Be a flamingo in a flock of pigeons.
