Watermelon Sake Punch

Raise a glass! There’s nothing more summery that that icy crisp sweet crunch of watermelon and it’s even better in drink form when paired with sake and a touch of ginger liqueur and a hint of lime for a refreshing thirst quencher for hot days. You can now buy watermelon juice pretty easily in the grocery store, but feel free to make your own. This recipe makes 2 cocktails, but it can easily be multiplied and made in a pitcher to serve a crowd. Cheers!
