Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
1 oz Black Fig vodka
1 oz Pedro Ximenez sherry
1 oz black plum purée
Champagne float
Shiso leaf garnish
METHOD
Pour vodka, sherry and puree in a champagne glass and top with champagne. Garnish with shiso leaf.
