Tomato Salad with Chili Crisp, Prosciutto and Burrata

The sweetness of cherry tomatoes paired with the nuanced heat of chili crisp is the magic to this simple flavor-filled salad. I’ve added the creaminess of burrata and some buttery prosciutto to the mix. It couldn’t get easier than this— a touch of honey, some fresh basil and this salad is good to go in about 5 minutes. This dish is truly summer on a plate that can be made year round.
