Poinsettia Smash

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Patrón Silver
.5 oz Fino Sherry
1 oz cranberry juice cocktail
.5 oz lemon juice
Cinnamon Stick and lemon wheel for garnish

METHOD

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon wheel.


Cranberry Miso Roasted Pecans with Rosemary

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp Patrón Silver
⅓ cup cranberry jelly
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp white miso
3 cups pecans
1 tbsp chopped rosemary
Flaky sea salt and black pepper

METHOD

In large non-stick pan over medium heat tequila, cranberry jelly, brown sugar and white miso and whisk until smooth and begins to bubble, approximately 4-5 minutes. Turn heat to low and add nuts and rosemary to pan— mix to combine until thoroughly coated and warmed— approximately 4 minutes. Transfer nuts to a parchment lined sheet pan spread into a single layer. Season with flaky sea salt and black pepper and allow to cool completely before serving.
