Morning Routine
Truth be told, there’s nothing I love more than waking up at a decent hour (which for me is around 7am), making a piping hot cup of coffee, eating my two 7 minute eggs (with a touch of fleur de sel), and having a quiet moment before I start my day. It puts one in the right headspace, no? But, it’s more of a ritual than a routine isn’t it? Those repeated rituals and routines can be the best way to reset and focus for the day ahead. Sunday Scaries aren’t so bad if your Monday mornings are actually something you look forward to, so get your AM in order!
