Sitting on the sofa @ home in NYC

When did you start?

I picked up a chef's knife at 5 years old.

Why do you do what you do?

It's what brings me joy, confidence, happiness & infinite challenge. I've worked my life around trying to be good at it - I feel the most like me, cooking and beyond.

Myself to myself - I may find purpose in being busy but answers show up in silence & still.
