Meet Colu Henry. Writer, recipe developer and cookbook author. You may have spotted her highly popular recipes gracing the pages of The New York Times, or perhaps you’ve seen them in similarly distinguished platforms like Food and Wine and Food52. Or perhaps, like me, you’re obsessed with her first cookbook ‘Back Pocket Pasta.’ If you’ve said ‘YES’ to any of the above, you’ve undoubtedly fallen head over heels for her approachable yet elegant style of cooking and her humorously insightful and oftentimes heartfelt writing. Well now, you’ll have even more reason to celebrate with the the launch of her second cookbook ‘Colu Cooks: Easy Fancy Food’ which is just that.
